Last check in before vacation. Happy with results I definitely feel beach ready. Hopefully weight gain on trip will not be outrageous.

Dirty 30 is also my favorite. Which reminds me.... Obviously my core is my weakest part. The side plank leg left I can now finally do one but I feel like just holding the side plank is a better modification than the knee down. So I've been doing 15 seconds of each.

Also I now take my meds an hour before any food or coffee. Originally I was told no food for 30 minutes but I've read studies encouraging an hour before coffee or food.

I do the same thing. Friday is my start day because I do yoga Mondays and Thursdays at my gym so it just makes sense to have the recovery days in sync. I tried shakeology but did not like it and really noticed no difference in how I felt so I'm back to my whey protein.

Thanks @germany03 still dealing with hunger some but recently purchased an app to track containers and liking that. Last night I made one of the orange dressings and it was delicious.

30 days till we leave for a beach vacation. So that's helping me stay motivated. I will finish 21 days by Christmas. I know I'll take that weekend off but will probably start back right after that.

Starting week 2 today and I've lost 6 lbs so more than just water weight. I'll be thrilled with a normal 2 lbs a week for the rest of the 21 days.

I feel the same. I'm quite hungry. Right now my plan is to stick close to 1350 for 21 days but then move closer to 1500.

I'm really loving the workouts. Still finding my way with containers and glad I'm double checking with recording here.

I'm only on Day 4 so really cannot comment on success but I'm really liking the workouts. Not eating the exercise calories so I'm hungry most of the time still. Last night I dreamt about bagels ;-)

How many of you use containers? I'm loving the workouts just find the containers more difficult. Seems to take a lot more "thinking" than I expected.

Hi all! Today is day 1 for me. I thought it would give me a boost before the holidays. Beach vacation coming in mid January so I cannot gain over holidays and fit into all my summer clothes. Love my gym so I'll be doing double workouts most days.

I have issues with my neck and find that the Ab Burner exercises aren't really good for me. I like HipHop Abs or I just follow along with AB Burner and substitue some of the Ab Ripper exercises from the old Power 90.

Interest is there to some degree but dryness and pain caused me to avoid sex like the plague. The premarin creme is helping some with that but not 100%. Don't be shocked if you do get a period. I've had a few in the last year. Always preceded by typical PMS signs. For me breast pain and tenderness. As for water gain - I love lemon and cucumber water to help with that. Just splurged and bought myself a new pitcher with infuser.

Good News for me - my thyroid was out of wack. Doctor's office called yesterday. Thanks goodness because 15lbs in only a few months is a shocking amount of weight gain for me. I'm hopeful now that my energy level will increase to where I can actually get all my exercise in and continue to function day by day.
