Totally normal. I have completely cut out fried and very rich foods from my diet. When I eat them now, I get sick to my stomach. :sick:

It depends on where your pain is. I had the same problem when I started running. My pain was just below my knee cap. They have bands that keep the patella in place while you streghthen the rest of the muscle in your legs. I wore it for a few months and now no pain. But if you have been running for a while, it may not help…
