2 slices of Western Family 100% whole wheat bread (200 cals.) 1tbs of peanutbutter (100 cals.) When I have done extra awsome then also 1tbs of Nutella :D (100cals) It's like a Reeses's sandwich xD The whole sandwich, 300-400cals. It's filling, and high in protein. :) Also High in fat but I don't mind the fat in it.

Do you drink a lot of caffine? A lack of caffine after your body is used to it can give you headaches? also not eating enough, but if you are at 1/2 lb a week you should be fine but I would try eating a little more and exercising more.

I think that works just fine, have you ever heard of the south beah diet? Well it is sort of like that. I eat just whole grains and no added sugar and it has worked some what, I do drink milk but not a ton of it. :)

I do 55% carbs 15% protein %30 fat that is just what MFP set me at though and it's working for me so I just stay with that. :)

While this is true, I mean processed carbs go through your body faster, with a calorie deficit it won't matter what kind of carbs you eat, whole grains are proven better though so why not just avoid the bad ones?

Well I avoid, processed sugars (Added sugar.) and I only eat Whole grains. (Whole wheat bread, oats.) I do not eat corn products because of the sugar but I love fats! Just not sugar. :) ~Always needing MFP friends, feel free to add me.~

I don't eat workout calories but some people do. I guess we are all different. If you gain weight when eating back them then don't. Although if you eat 1,200 then burn 700 you're netting at 500 calories, wich is not enough. If you eat them back you will still be at 1,200 calories because you burned off the 700. They cancel…

My advice, Throw your scale away and let the mirrro be your guide. ;) People obsess over scales and I think the mirros works a lot better so when you gain 0.2lbs you won't freak out because in the mirror you can't see it.

I am 184lbs and I eat 1400 daily, I do not eat back excercise calories because normally I eat well over 2,000 on good days. As you can see I need imrpovement still. :)
