Ovaltine! Is it good for you?
Ovaltine has a lot of vitamins in it and it seems good for you, but is it? Does anyone know if it will make me gain weight because it has 9 grams of sugar per every 2tbs of ovaltine mix. I put it in fat free milk. :) thanks everyone ~Always love new friends, feel free to add me. :)

Progresso Soups? Calories or Salt?
I have to have a 300 or less calorie dinner tonight because I have been eating granola bars all day and I am thinking about progresso soup. It's 200 calories a can, which isn't bad but the salt is like 1,400. I never eat a lot of salt so is it ok to let it slip once? I have the minestrone flavor. Thoughts on soup?

Are MULTIVITAMINS bad for you?
I have heard that taking a mutlivitamin daily is actually bad for you because it gives you "too much." vitamin A,C,E and iron. What does everyone think? I eat pretty good and I get most of my vitamins I think so would adding a multivitamin be a good or bad thing? ~Do you guys take them?
