Veggies are sugar free :) I go ove rmy sugar a lot but it's better then not eating enough calories because that can make you plateau. ;)

Well I didn't get off so easy :) Candy is my one weakness and it's something I nearly can't resist so this was great for me. I use splenda, equal, kirkland no calorie sweetner (the generic costco brand.) and stevia. They have never given me any problems and I am defienetly skinnier using them instead of sugar :)

Just ignore those mean people! You'll show them when you've got that body you're working so hard for! I have had someone say that to me before aswell which was horrible because at the time I was only 17 years old. :) I went home and ate a gallon of ice cream so don't feel bad, just pick your self back up!

I like chicken burgers on whole wheat buns. - Bake some chicken - get a whole wheat bun. - put chicken on the bun - top with skim mozerella or not cheese. - add some low calorie sauce if you want. - add veggies. - eat. :D You can even use sandwich thins (100 calorie.)
