    A few of my standbys:

    * Have you tried any of the Popcorn, Indiana products? I live for their Chipins (white cheddar) and their drizzled popcorn. About 130-140 calories for a decent serving. This usually satisfies my salty or sweet cravings :)

    * Mixed nuts

    * Fresh Fruit

    * Sugar Free Pudding

    * Yogurt

    * Granola (although higher in sugar usually, so be careful)

    * PB and Celery

    Mixed nuts

    Celery with a dab of almond butter

    Baby Carrots

    Air popped-popcorn (or 100-calorie packs of popcorn)

    Cheese

    Luna protein bar (only 1/2, but they are so yummy!)

    Some of my favorites!

    I'm also a big fan of the popcorn, if it's air popped you can have a lot of simpley buy the lightly butter.

    Raw veggies

    Pretzels, If I'm having a salty moment I like the mini twists because you get 23 for 100calories and I eat them 1 at a time. I feel like I've had a ton by then.

    Mini Quaker Rice Cakes

    Along with everything every previously mentioned.

    Okay I'm suddenly craving popcorn, although I have really wanted hummus lately. I think I'm gonna go to the store and look for one of these yummy sounding suggestions. I actually have pop corn that I can pop of the cobb in my cupboards right now I just need a brown paper bag to pop it in!! Thank you!!

    Well, unless you've only created a deficit of 200 calories eating a bowl of icecream won't destroy your week.

    Trader joes has these new wasabi flavored seaweed snacks. They sound horrible, but if you like sushi at all, you will probobly like these!
