I love fun things like Macho Man - Village people as it cracks me up in the middle of a tough and long workout and reignites my engine!

Also like fat bottomed girls by queen, mr. roboto etc etc....

UK size 12 or US size 12 as I'm a UK 12 and do not consider myself to be overweight at that size- so it's interesting you say that!

Also you're only 19 so all your life hasn't been too long and you're young enough to turn it all around if you really are overweight which is good news!

I'm a size 16 and starting to bust out of those. ARGH! I'm talking American sizes. My husband is from England and we go back there every year to visit his Mum, and I get a rude awakening at the sizes there since they haven't changed them to make clothes sell better. I would be so happy to be back in a size 12!!!!!!!
