I love the 30 day shred!! I'm doing it right now and I already feel more toned! I'm on day 11 :D I do 10 days workout 1, 10 days workout 2 then 10 days workout 3. I do it daily since it's so short and I used 3lb weights but I've heard 5lbs work better. ~ Everyone feel free to add me.~ :)

If you want to add protein to your diet try eating peanutbutter sandwiches, they're high in calories and protein, they will give the energy to keep working out! I hope this helps,

I'm not really sure, I have mine at 1,200 but I normally end up eating well over 1,400. It depends on what your tying to do, If you want to loose weight then a lower setting is better but if you want to build muscle and loose inches then your going to need more calories because you will need more fat and protein in your…
