i think the days i didn;t log i just was frustrated.. i;ll admit i don;t eat the best of foods but its always within goal.. on such a tight budget that i have to eat what we got in house..i use HRM in gym with chest strap to get my readings

I mix thumb size grated ginger, 1 tbsp of honey, 1 tbsp of soy sauce, 2 tbsp of ketchup, cook thighs for 50 minutes covered, then brush mix over cook for 10 mins and repeat with sauce and then they come out sticky and yummy!

hey, i could do with some support.... ive been atthe gym every week night for the last 5 weeks and lost "f" all! ive lost inches which i know is great but would just love the scales to move.. feeling bummed/////:O( Amy from UK

Im 240lb and 5ft 3" and i can do that in the gym, normally 15mins fast on epli and then interval running on treadmill 20 mins, some weights and then finish off with a power cycle... but like everyone has said, being heavier helps but it can be done any size! thanks Amy from UK

agreed! also if someone loses alot of weight in the first few weeks and then suddenly it will slow and some weeks maybe nothing this will cause demotivation and may result in binges thus putting weight back on..

i do not go by how long something will take me as its a lifestyle change so in theory its for life! i go by 10lbs at a time and when i reach i reach it doesn;t matter about time... good luck feel free to add.x x x
