It is easy to have a show like Biggest Loser and just sit and wait for their "chance" to change, people should feel motivated to change their lives by themselves and not just sit and do nothing waiting until someone go there and "fix" them. It is time consuming if you don't plan your meals. I usually do my things in the morning and log my breakfast with my entire day, it's less then 10 minutes and I have all set up. Try to do that, know what are you gonna cook/eat one day before and everything will be fine.

I used to avoid avocado because it was "too fat and full of calories", didn't realize about the good fats in it (and honestly it's not that caloric)

Iceland for frozen vegs and fish and Tesco for everything else: salad, lentils, beans, whole pasta/rice, eggs :) I use to do a lot stuffed vegs, tomato, bell pepper and aubergine are great for that!

I LOVE PB and it's so healthy, you shouldn't replace for anything else, oatmeal + pb = god's send E eat almost every day and it's just 100 calories per spoon, be sure you are measuring right and enjoy it, no guilty at all.
