I have tried almond, coconut, soy, and goat milk. I hate almond, coconut, and soy. I like ice cream made with coconut milk, but I can't have a bowl of cereal with coconut milk. Ew. Goat milk I can handle. Taste wise I prefer cow's. I haven't tried hemp. I think I should just give up.

Try the peanut butter banana quesadilla. Take your banana and mash it Spread banana on one half of tortilla and peanut butter on the other Fold over Microwave for 5 - 10 seconds

Peak 10 (there are 4 of them. two are cardio, two are mixed) Breathless Body (two of these, as well) Super Fit Body (I think that's what it's called. My internet just crashed so I can't double check. It's another Amy Dixon workout [so is breathless body])

I had never heard of it until reading this post. I checked it out. Seems decent. Looks like a good workout, but nothing new. I'll admit though. I kind of want to buy it.

I saw that, too. Was excited about the eggs and the pancakes because they were so simple, but they both got terrible reviews, so I didn't bother trying.

That would be nice if you MFP had a set of for zigzagging your calories. I like that idea. I hate being over my calorie goal though, so even though I would be decently under some days, I would have to be over some days

This reminds me of a lady I saw on tv. She would go into Wendy's order a ton of food and sit down and eat, and then immediately go the drive thru and get more food. The lady on tv, however, wasn't happy with herself for doing things like this.
