Remember everyday how lucky you are to have such a wonderful husband. Not all of us are that lucky. My fiance' is amazing but it has taken me alot of work to accept his help after doing it on my own with 2 little boys.

Well I got the challenge done Wednesday but only half of the push ups on Thursday. I hate to admit that they were also all done on my knees and definately not done all at once. I fell off the "wagon" a little yesterday and didn't make up for it with crunches. I worked extra hard on treadmill today and will do 50 crunches today.

OK, I did the crunches. SLOWLY with breaks but I got them done.

I just check online and it said an 8oz glass of water contains less than 12.5mg of sodium. So if I'm drinking 10 glasses, I'm consuming an additional 125mg of sodium.

Congratulations! I also had a goal to hit by Christmas, unfortunately I'm not sure I'm going to make it. I wanted to be under 200 and I am stuck at about 205. Of course I am happy, that is still 13 pounds down since November 5th.
