I don't like fruits/veggies
There are NO fruits or veggies that I enjoy eating. I know there are a million benefits to eating them. I would like to try including them in my diet again. weekend challenge

mini goals
We all have an end goal that we want to reach. Do you also set mini goals for yourself? My first mini goal was to be under 200 pounds by Christmas. I had a rough 2 weeks of up and down on the scale so I'm not sure that I will reach it. As of this morning I am 202.6 pounds. There is still hope:)

How can I correctly log calories burned from doing lunges, pushups, supermans and planks? I know I'm burning calories because I am sweating like crazy when I get done. I can't do many sets yet but I'm getting better.
