logging exercise

How can I correctly log calories burned from doing lunges, pushups, supermans and planks? I know I'm burning calories because I am sweating like crazy when I get done. I can't do many sets yet but I'm getting better.

    Best way is to wear a Heart Rate Monitor if you have the funds for one. I don't exercise without mine :)

    A heart rate monitor will become your best friend when exercising, especially with weight training. The HRM will also tell you if you are in fittness or fat burn. Worth the investment. I wear mine all the time!:wink:
