Great job! I just finished mine. The push ups were girlie and I couldn't do 50 crunches or push ups without stopping but i DID finish them. I am impressed with myself. lol! Four months ago I never would have been able to complete them, let alone in under 10 minutes.

I went through this last Spring. I had all my levels checked and my Vitamin D was the only thing out of whack. I was on the same prescription as you. I did seem to notice a difference after about a week in my mood and energy level. I now take my 2000 a day. I also used to drink ALOT of milk but after I had my kids, I…

I do the same thing!

Same here, 2-3 pounds heavier at night than morning.
-
I also go up the next day, usually about 1-2 pounds and it seems to stay that way for a few days (sometimes a week). I've heard it is because your muscles are holding onto water trying to repair themselves. It is discouraging to work really hard and see the scale go up the next day or two.

Wow! Is that seriously the same shirt?!?! You look like you have lost ALOT more than 20 pounds. I've lost 20 and have seen nowhere near the results. Just shows we are all different... Congrats to you and keep it up.

Good luck!

Congratulations!!!

A four pound loss is still an average of 1 pound a week. Remember, at least it wasn't a gain:) Heal your ankle and then push a little harder. Four pounds is still something to be proud of.

That is amazing in one month! Great work!

Pretty sure I truly had a 4.8 loss in January but I was up 2 pounds on the 1st so that is the figure I used. My first week of January and my last is where I actually had losses. Lets be positive though, we had LOSSES:) Keep it up ladies!

Amazing! You look like a different person. Congratulations:)

Give in to the craving just be accountable for the calories in it. When I want some chocolate I take a few pieces of chocolate chips from the fridge or a pudding cup. It's not the Snickers bar I REALLY want but it takes care of the craving and only costs me 10 calories or less.

I hear you! My first week back at classes and I only made it to the gym one day, I had to take the rest of the week off. I just couldn't do it. The stress and exhaustion of school, work, kids, gym, life had already begun to consume me. But the next week (this week) I went back to it... made it ALL three days (my usual gym…

Non-shredder here... I'm still going and the scale is moving in the right direction after a 2 week standstill:) It has been VERY quiet. As a non-shredder I was starting to feel left out. Glad you guys are still here.

I have NEVER exercised so incorporating it in has been a struggle. I am a full time student, I work 3 days a week and I have 2 young boys. What I found that works was going to the gym RIGHT after work for 30 minutes. I started with walking on treadmill at various inclines for the full 30 minutes but I have been seeing a…

Updating... I am now at 197.2 and my 16's are litterally falling off of me. The 14's are snug but I CAN wear them, they are more comfortable than the 16's with my butt hanging out and crotch at my knees. lol! Even though there hasn't been alot of poundage lost I guess my body IS changing.
-
Fantastic!!! Keep it up:)
-
This is being added to my grocery list!

Water and patience... I struggle with the patience. TRY to remember becoming healthy and fit will NOT happen over night. Friend me if you would like.
-
I'm 5'6" 199 pounds and wear a snug 14. Remember, all jeans are different though.

You don't have to "eat" back all of your calories. The question is, do you feel like you need more? You're not going to get anything from that coke other than empty calories and sugar.

Beautiful!

Congratulations!

""I KNOW it seems counter intuitive to think I can eat more and lose weight. I know you think if I eat less and work harder I can lose more."" That's exactly how I feel! So scared to eat all my calories because I dont want to gain back all the weight I have managed to lose. I guess it's time to bite the bullet and trust…

YAY for you! You are making amazing progress!
