As far as the treadmill being in the garage - it will only feel cold for a short while before you start to warm up. Bring a sweatshirt or something to keep you warm for a couple of minutes.

  • For your sweet cravings try greek yogurt (plain) with jello (sugar free) powder mixed in.. it will taste like flavored yogurt... I also heard that using the instant pudding mix will work as well!
  • Check out some youtube recipes... there is one that has a creamy chicken soup that looks hearty and but still allowed during the attack phase... I think if you switch up your food a little you won't feel as hungry.
