I am on the first few days of Cruise, and slightly concerned that I am not getting all the nutrients required only having veg every other day and no fruit at all. What do people think, and is anyone taking vitamin pills?

Hi there,
I found myself feeling rather tired and listless at the beginning so started taking some good multivitamins and after about 5 days to a week I felt much better.0 -
Thank you for this advice, I think I will start taking them too.0

I take them on occasion. I think if you focus on eating a lot of veggies when you can it isn't as necessary to take them. If you feel tired then I would give them a try.0

I take vitamin pills, an iodine pill and a magnesium/calcium pill every day because I can't do dairy. I take BCAAs before and after workout as well, I think that helps.0

and by the way: if you calculate the nutritional value of vegetables, they are usually higher than fruit. Stick with red peppers, spinach, broccoli, cabbages, zucchini and mushrooms! For example, one red bell pepper has a much Vitamin C as does only have an orange--and none of the sugars!0
