welcome! You can do this...some days may be harder than others but just keep that positive attitude and push through! I just accepted your friend request. I also still have another 100 lbs or so to go we can do it together :)

I posted a topic about it but I guess no one thought it was as awesome as I did haha... last night I went to the Relay for Life walkathon in my hometown. The track around the football field was what we walked all night long. I walked 6 1/2 hours and I made 40 laps around!!! Amazing! I feel so accomplished!! If I had tried…

^^^This! I also end up really low net cals and sometimes negative. I stalled out when eating 1200 a day so I also jumped right up to 1700. I lost 3 the first week and then another 1.6 the next week. I have to try really hard to eat more. I have been eating some of my exercise cals back also. So sometimes I eat between…

I started out on MFP eating around 1450 cals a day and walking then I went to 1200 a day and was burning like no body's business at the gym also. So I was ending up with negative net cals almost everyday. I thought "nice, those lbs will melt away for sure" NOPE! I lost at frist but not like you would think and then it jsut…

I climbed a huge hill with my daughter's preK class and did not get winded!!! Also, I have a pair of "goal pants" I try on every couple weeks...I got them all the way up, over my butt and on my waist and only have about 4-5 inches from buttoning them!! :D When I started they wouldn't go over my butt and stuck on my hips…

31 Female 255- ish ( I banished my scale to the closet and haven't weighed in almost a month) 5' 4 sz 18-20 depending on cut and brand

One thing to remember though is that you dont' have a lot of movement in yoga...so you are burning cals by weight bearing but fitbit can't pick up on that well...like weight lifting etc...if I am working on a machine with my arms fitbit can't track it well...so if you add it on MFP that is an acurate assessment of cals…

You just look at what time you start and when you have your accounts linked it asks you what time you started the exercise and will automatically sync it all between the two sites ;) . You can also look at the graph that shows activity levels and see what time you started...also the stop watch feature is for timing…

This...exactly ;) Fit bit and MFP sync and when you add exercise on MFP fitbit takes those calories out of what you earned on mfp by logging the exercise...and if you actually earned more than what MFP says then fitbit will calculate how much more and only put that amount. The only time you double post calories burned is…

YES!! As a matter fact this weekend I overheard him telling someone..."Yeah I have lost some but I'm not really watching what I eat...just how much, I don't have to watch what I eat, I can eat what I want and I have been going to the gym some." What a turd!! I wanted to punch him in the nose!! lol

Yum! I have been eating a boiled egg everyday after my workouts! I heard all the protien and nutrients help with muscle repair after hard workouts and runs so I started taking a chilled lunch bag with a hard boiled egg some cherry tomatoes and baby carrots with me to the gym so I can munch on that when I'm done.... It…
