WLD- Does anyone have suggestions for a challenge to do this week starting our next weigh-in on wednesday? Water intake, calories burned, a certain exercise you enjoy & want everyone to do for a week ect. We will choose one a week!

I ever thought about freezing them. I just hate that i dont eat it all before it goes bad. I have also been buying bagged frozen fruit as well.

I normally eat dinner around 6 or 7 & sometimes if i stay up late i start getting hungry again. I do the same thing you did last night tho I just go to bed hungry & wait til morning

First off Congrats on all the weight loss!!! You can normally find cheaper priced clothes at walmart & sears normally has good deals too.

Dont know if they will allow you to get rid of your chair but just sitting on an exercise ball is a workout & you have to sit up straight unless you wanna fall off lol

I rarely ever log my house cleaning either unless its alot. I only log my workouts so what your doing is fine :)

I always eat something small before I work out & then something with protein afterwards.

I went last night for mexican & i ordered 2 tacos and it came with beans & rice. I split the meal with my son so it was half the calories! Good Luck & enjoy

My current weight is 192 & my goal weight is 160-155. I have a mini goal for myself set in place to try to lose 10 lbs by april 30
