I needed this. My first half marathon is Sunday. I've been running for almost 2 years and have been training now for about 8 months. I'm so excited and so happy to hear I share a lot of the same feelings as you! This is a great post. Thank you so much!

I'm 5'2- 25 years old. I started at my highest which was 167lbs, I'm currently at 142, my goal is 135. I want to see how I feel when I get there. Good job ladies. Love to all us shorties out there!! :smile:

I use my MIO HRM, which includes the wrist and chest monitor, and for each level I burned between 200-240 calories. I entered my own exercise for each level & day I was on and added it in manually. Jillian is amazing! (edited to add more info about my HRM)

I just finished my 30DS. LOVE that workout so much. I have a MIO HRM and it always read in between 200-240 cals burnt (for Level 1-3). I used 5lb dumbbells and I'm 5'2, 147lbs. I lost 7 lbs doing that DVD and I haven't taken my measurements yet but everyone has been telling me I look tiny, a word I never would ever use to…
