Thanks everyone you've all been a great help! I guess it really does just depend on your build. I'll shoot for 120 and see how I feel then. Being 173 now, I feel that I'd be more than happy at 120!!

Can you recommend one to me? I bought a cheap one that said I burned like 80 calories which I know what wrong. I just don't want to invest in something that I know nothing about and waste the money. Thanks

Before I started MFP I did calculate my caloric intake with Insanity's nutrition plan and it gave me 1900 a day. I just feel like that's a little much but then again I'm not an expert on any of this stuff. I thought about just giving myself 1900 a day and not including my exercise on MFP but just putting in my calories but…
