I can't find the source right now, but I'm sure if you google it you will find several, but I read in several places that you should shoot for a min. of 30 minutes a day and 20-25% of your daily calorie intake. So if you are shooting for 2000 calories a day net then you could eat a total of 2500 and exercise 500 to burn…

I just tried my first attempt at a 5k earlier this week. I barely made it a mile,and walked the rest of the way. I can't wait to make it my first time all running. Great job! I have tried to cut out the coffee creamer and decided since this is a life style change and not a diet, I was going to keep the creamer and find somewhere else to cut the calories, or increase my exercise/metabolism. All healthy and no naughty makes Ray a dull boy :devil:
