that's what i would use, Those watches are a pain in the butt! i do body pump etc and i always put it as level 3 ( which in the booklet is circuit training)

is the message board called "healthy recipes"? as I'm sure it just says recipes...People can post like they like in my opinion...weather you take note of it or you don't then that's up too you. also around 500 cals a serving for dinner isn't that bad in my books either, I find a lot of people don't post nutritional content…

i would def go for one with a chest strap, I brought a watch witha finger sensor and they don't work very well!

My bloody crock pot is at it again!...this time it was the corned beef! good lord not the corned beef It was so dry and flavourless..like seriously how is that possible! in a crockpot full of water!

Figs are included! I'm allergic to figs, but fine with kiwi and avocado. Latex allergy can happen if they fruit isn't ripe also I'm bad with gluten and diary, Diary gives me a rash.
