if your worried about snacking why don't you make little packs to take with you with a bunch of different stuff...i used to bring Boiled egg whites, carrot and pepper veg sticks with a laughing cow cheese wedge. and then fruit as well maybe some popcorn just make better choices snacking isn't a bad thing.

I eat about that too, But i am Pregnant haha. It all depends on how hungry you are..That might be to much for one person and not enough for another. All i snack on at work is fruit it shouldn't be a problem, unless your going over in cals n over eating. I also don't watch sugar either some people worry about eating to much…

I get psoriasis on my scalp and its defiantly not as bad since changing the way i eat! I'm still highly allergic to things that makes me break out n other forms of skin things. I have also found that taking a Vit D supp has helped a lot too

fruit kebab? using cheaper fruit apples, a pineapple, grapes etc and chuck a couple of mashmellows on them...could be time consuming though

zucchini chips bake up a hole lot and put them into little baggys to munch on at work Savory muffins/scones with cheese etc mini quiches with grateds zucchini and egg I'm sure your could cut them all up and freeze them for later use in stir frys etc
