    substitute the

    1. cauli for - cinnamon role
    2. the cinnamon for - cinnamon sugar and butter maybe some nuts
    3. you can keep the protien - maybe make it icing
    4. cauli for - cinnamon role
    5. cinnamon role for - cinnamon role

    Hey you know what screw it im going to cinnabon and doin some squats later

    5000% dubious. Buuutt I'm still gonna pick up some cauliflower tomorrow. Whats the texture like?

    gooey with a skin. I think it should probably bake longer than 20 minutes... But in my toaster oven, that would have meant burning the top.

    The phrase "Gooey with a skin" literally made my stomach turn.
