49 lbs since may 2012. 11 lbs to go :) Started at 220 lbs I now weigh 171

Morning will come fast enough where you can eat again but if you can't sleep because of it. eat light and make sure what you eat tommorow will be light as well so that you can have a late snack. try a tablespoon of peanut butter, helps with metabolism or granola bars. I like special k chocolate pretzel...80 calories. good…

Thats kool, do you think adding stones helps you? I think when I was hiking with my book bag all the time helped (it was always full)

This is an awesome blog, I have been there and will be there everyday walking the track. I used to be uncomfortable sometimes, not anymore, this blog made me even more comfortable walking the track, thanks.
