Slowly does it star 1/2 hour a day. The new balance. Take the insert out and put in the one mentioned above. Walk for at least 10 minutes And increase as…

  • I'm 5'4 and 50 in 5 weeks. I eat close to 2000 a day healthy foods, rice cakes well?? I do 50 - 60 minutes a day of intense intentional exercise daily. I love my calories and I intake them regularly, oh did I mention I love food?

  • What about pea protein or soy protein powder? Pea protein powder gives 36 of protein for 40 g. Same goes for the soy actually, pea is less calories, I have no idea what either tastes like sorry.
  • I hadn't heard of them, it makes a lot of sense and is easy enough to do. Thanks I'm going to read this to hubby now. You have a talent for expressing yourself my new friend, I bet you are a writer, if not you should be I'm sure your articles would be a huge hit!
  • Fantastic! You look great, so healthy! Good on your for doing the hard yards, it's never easy but so worth it. Just look at you now, amazing, congrats!
  • While you are young hyper mobile or hyper extension will not be too great of a concern when you lift weights. Age unfortunately does come into play as our cartilages around the joints wear thin due too excessive mobility. Enjoy lifting and doing while you are able, I'm nearly fifty and so far the only thing that's caused…
  • I work by weight and I weigh most things when I'm at home. Doing it that way allows you to have more control on portion sizes. You will find a lot of Aussies have put food in the data base and it usually is in grams. I know I've added heaps of nutrition details for different foods, so there's plenty in the data base you…
  • I really believe that if you push yourself, them your lifting heavy, leave the numbers out all together. I pulled 40 kilo baskets of prawns in my twenties ( early ) I did that 30 times a night at least, I looked great I got married to the skipper, had 6 pregnancies 3 births and life happens, it's too long to put here but I…
  • And This The best thing I read from someone else on MFP about messing up one day was, "If you break one dish, you don't throw out the whole crockery set!" Eat things that help you fell fuller starting with and at breakfast. Think Protein for each meal and work your menu from there. You will get the hang of it.
  • < Titch 6 years old Cavalier King Charles with a trimmed coat for the summer :)
  • I loved viewing your video Beef. Well put together and you really thought about the timing with the music, great placement and style. Well done to you and all your friends who participated, I sincerely hope it helps to inspire others to a healthier fitter more active life, as that is obviously your intention, I'm sure it…
  • Ok, You eat a lot of processed food. That to me means sodium and I never lose when my sodium is high no matter how much I cardio, I really don't know. I do know that your sodium intake is way to high for health or weight loss. Eat whole eat well and play with weights :)
  • I totally agree with meangrl. Use chicken carcass in the way she has suggested. I add carrots, capsicum, oregano as well as the celery and onion + pepper. You can blend the whole lot up when cooked and you have chicken soup.
  • In your photo as your avatar you look sensational! Why have a figure in your mind for a goal, why not go by what your clothes feel like etc. It certainly sounds like you are doing all the right moves to me, you are not just sitting around after all and your picture looks fab!
  • Women approaching the big 50' and those over 50' 'Rock'' when it comes to changing body shapes and their own health. It's like anything, you've just got to want it so badly that your willing to work for it. I have pics in my profile.

  • Ha Ha Ha I was told by the specialist back in the 1960's that swimming was Great! It would expand my lungs, help them pump the oxygen, (lungs that is) I ignored it smoked tobacco for 38 year drugs for about 10 in the middle of that and then i gave up, for the last 12 months I have done exercise in the water sometimes…
  • Luv the water, ill try not to have expectations lol, friend me if you like.
  • It usually does help if you open your diary up for all to see :)
  • Age does not help the burn :) What I have found personally is that protein contains the hunger so I actually eat less even though I record a ton of calories. I believe that is why the emtwl philosophy works - you focus on your protein needs and all else falls into place. So I believe focus on your ideal weight amount of…
  • I lift the bar and some dumb bells, I don't do anything fancy just squat pick it up straighten up and then put it back down. I've only been doing this for about 8 weeks consistently and I've not seen weight loss but I have been approached and told how good I am looking, so that's got to count for something right? :)
  • Congratulations all of you! It's wonderful reading success stories from those of us that may have felt it was all over, Not any more!! Yay!
