I haven't done any true work outs this week, spend the whole week up at our new house working on the remodel. Clearing out trash, ripping up carpet and painting! I am exhausted! No where near done yet, more painting to do, and ordering new counter tops, cabinets and windows

Thanks It is such a great program! Never thought I would be a runner but now I am! I would recommend it to anyone that wants to run but doesn't know where or how to start!

I did Insanity and that was super fun, Shaun T is a great motivator and Now I am doing Turbo Fire and I love it, It is super fun! Brazilian Butt Lift is already bought and ready to go after I finish Turbo Fire.

I loved it! It jumped started my motivation to get fit and gave me the cardio strength to start running! I dropped 2 pant sizes in the 2 months I did it! I was burning between 350 and 575 calories a workout but it depended on the workout. . I recommend getting a heart rate monitor to get your calories accurate. Good luck…

I am 5'6 and in a size 4, 6, or 8 depending on the cut and I fluctuate between 140 and 135. My goal weight is 125 which should make me a consistent size 4

I'm using Couch to 5k and I love it, it builds you up gradually and gets you use to running! I am on week five now!

No thankfully, he is tall and skinny so it is something that has crossed my mind but he is sitting at 200lbs which is approx 60-70 more then me!
