I ran my very first half marathon yesterday. 21.1km or 13.1 miles in 2 hrs 9 mins and 31 seconds! not bad for a girl who couldn't run 5km continuous one year ago.

massive difference in your face girl! you look fantastic, and I know exactly how you feel, I'm down almost 50 lbs down with PCOS too!!! encorporate some weight lifting and resistance training. you will start seeing lots more changes.

I was once a size 18 and now an 8. I don't think I have any pics from size 18 though. that was about 8 years ago. weight has been up and down over those years. most recently I've gone from a size 14 to an 8 in the last year.

I agree 100% with the above. I'm a vegetarian eating ZERO animal flesh of any kind and I do not eat any soy. I eat a lot of greek yogurt, protein supplements from Vega, pumpkin seeds, almonds, legumes, etc. there are tons of vegetarian options out there.

Pic was taken in June 2009. I think I was around 220 at the time. this was taken in June 2012. About 175. I wore a bikini for the first time in public last weekend. Weighing in at 168. measurements are 36-30-38. I'd like to lose another couple inches off both my waist and hips. Goal weight is about 145-150.

I'm closer to 5'6 - 5'7 so I don't know if I really qualify.. right now I'm 168 lbs and between a size 8 and 10. Current measurements: 36 inch Bust 30 inch waist 37 inch hips. My ultimate goal is to weigh between 145-150 lbs and size 6. really, I just want my belly to be slim and flat. Biggest trouble spot ever!

I'm actually so sad for those girls wanting to be skeleton skinny, having this 'feet together, thigh apart' gap. and bragging about eating less than 500 calories a day. so many depressed girls on there.

Kashi GoLean has soy protein and they use GMO soy. I would highly recommend cutting it out of your diet.

I use drymax thin socks. absolutely love them and have noticed massive difference in my feet from switching from cotton socks.

I've been anemic my whole life and always had issues whenever I've tried to donate. I take ferrasorb and vitamin c supplement together in the mornings with my breakfast. my doctor said my reserves are at better levels, but she still suggests I don't donate blood.

I used to drink 2-3 cups a day, every day and in the last 6 months I've switched to none. I find I'm sleeping WAY better and not crashing in the afternoon at work and trying to keep my eyes open. I feel like I used to be a slave to coffee and now that I'm practically caffeine free it feels incredibly good.
