I think whatever works for you!!! When I loan my day I almost always plan in an evening snack fir when we are watching TV as a family. And if I know I wont have a lot of calories left we just eat dinner a little later and I'm good to go!!

I think you should just keep your home scale and keep weighing in on it. I am firm believer that if you keep weighing at the same time with the same clothes on or nothing you will get the best results with your weight loss. One thing I have done to lower my sodium intake is I cut out all lunchmeat. I went and bought a big pack of chicken breasts, boiled them up and then diced it up and put in baggies in 2oz portions and freeze them. I have just started working on our boflex at home with my hubby at night and I had a hard time figuring out how to log it. So I just made up a name for it (Boflex w/hubby I know real creative) and enter in all 1's in the Rep slots. I just want it on there so I can track how often I am doing it.

I weigh in on Thursday mornings, and we usually go out to eat every Thursday nite. This is when I get something I may have been craving or something I love. What's nice is I can eat half of what I used to and still be satisfied. I still log everything. I also don't consider it a "cheat" meal because this is a lifestyle…

So far I have logged everyday since I started in late November 2011, its like second nature now and just part of my lifestyle. Even on those days I eat whatever I want I still log. I don't see me stopping anytime soon.

I made this with angel food cake mix and light apple pie filling. I didn't care for it but my husband and daughter LOVED it so I made it again for them. It's nice cause I can have it in the house and not worry about eating to much of it!!
