Portion sizes....??
I have noticed since I have been measuring, counting, weighing my servings that I really had no idea what a serving size was. For most items I find I am shorting myself by just eye balling things. My First NSV since joining MFP!!!
We went out to eat the other night and usually I always ask for a table for fear of not fitting in the booths, even though my daughter loves sitting in booths. Well we sat in a booth and it looked tight but I FIT!!! And I had space between table and belly!! I am so looking forward to many more NSV's!!!!!!

at what point di you lower your calories??
Just wondering, been here 2 months+, love it, really think I found a long term thing here. Just wondering when and if you lowered your calories as you lost?? I started at 308, am at 291 and I am 5'4". So I'm not ready to change anything just but curious as to what people have done as they continue to lose weight!!
