  • I get on the scale pretty much everyday first thing in the morning. I record my weight every Thursday morning.

  • I just started adding in some exercise this past month. I have been doing 4-5 days of walking for about 45 minutes. I really think it is making a difference.
  • I used to love Apple Jack's.......mmmmmm haven't had that in years!! But now I eat Special K Vanilla Almond. Yum!!!!
  • I use my Keurig every morning and brew one Celestial Seasons English Breakfast Black Tea. I brew the k cup twice and add 3tsps of sugar into it. I then fill my 24oz cup with ice and get two yummy cups of sweet tea out of it. I have one with breakfast and the other for lunch or dinner.

  • I'm a planner and for me it has made all the difference. I grocery shop once a week and plan out my dinners. I will usually enter in my dinner when I enter in my breakfast (or I will do it the nite before), then I can figure out my lunch and shacks from there. If I didn't plan ahead there is no way I could stay on track!
  • I tried this one I think cause of the calories and sodium count, but found it bland. :sad: I love my Rather Robusto Six Cheese sauce. I just work it into my day. It's just not worth it to eat something I don't enjoy. I want to make these changes to last a lifetime!!
  • I log my gum, hard candies, etc. It can add up plus I like to be able to look back and see everything I have eaten. If it goes in my mouth it goes in my log. ( unless its Thursday, that's my weigh in day and somethings just don't seem to make it into my diary...lol)
