My mentor told me to be sure you are also measuring and taking pictures instead of just using the scale because sometimes the scale quit moving but your body is getting smaller. I can not think of anyone right now...I need to go look at pics. First that comes to mind would be a shorter version of Serena Williams since I am only 5'2...Id love to be short and think...I will get there one day!!

This is TRUE!! Thanks thats what I needed to read lol. I was just thinking dang even if I lose 50 pounds I would still wear them because I want it to look smooth and some of these rolls ain't going no where!

Just finished day 18 and it was the first day I decided to kick it up to level 2...MISTAKE...I can kick myself in the booty for that one! I had to take several short breaks but I finished it...I will stick with this level for awhile. I am TIRED...never have sweated so much in my life and legs are BURNING!!

Thats amazing! I was just telling my mom about how if I drop 20 more pounds I will be smaller than I was in Jr. High! I am 25 so that was a long time ago.

Right! I like being thick...Always want to be thick...I just knew being 286 was way too much. I do want to get out of the 200's but you will never catch me trying to be a size 6.

We all have bad days...it is to be expected. I just try to keep in mind even when the weight is all off I will still not be able to eat perfect every day. Once a week I would like to enjoy some good food. You just have to know when to cut it off and get back in the game!

I HATE that there are so many jumping jacks...I also hate when you have to do the side things and lift the weights. Oh and at the end the last ab workout on level one HATE IT. Parts I like are pretty much the whole circuit 2 and for sure the last set of cardio!

Saturdays! I thought about it for a long time...I wanted Monday to encourage me to not blow it over the weekends but I did not want to be depressed if I slipped up a little. Then I thought Friday because it was before the weekends....Idk how I came to Saturdays honestly lol.

They are NOT comfortable...They were going to be my bday gift to myself but they hurt too bad. Everyone that I know that have them say they hurt.

I do them twice a day...I have only had the cafe latte and the french vanilla though. Those flavors sound great!
