So everyone says a healthy weight loss is only 2 pounds per week. However, what if you are doing it the healthy way and all naturally but you drop more than 2 pounds a week? If you are eating right and working out it is very likely. What are your opinions?

Summertime Shopping!!
I went shopping over the last few days and I must say it was a great feeling to actually be able to fit some things.
