Between lifting and TOM scale hasn't moved...in fact it was up a few pounds. I have decided to up the cardio and clean up my eating. Giving up is not an option...new month time to get it all right.

If I read correctly you said that you have not BCed right? So does that mean you still have hair with chemicals attached to your natural hair? If so that can be the problem. I too step on the scale way too much. If I stay off a day I am doing great. It changes way too much for me to be stressing so I need to check once a week max to see where I really stand...easier said than done!!

Just got workout 3 on insanity in. Almost didn't happen but luckily my mind took over my body! After laying in my workout clothes for a hour I decided I wasn't doing it. Grabbed my keys and jacket and was headed out the door to go get something to eat! I felt so cheated so I came back in popped in the DVD and went for it!

I was thinking about that as well...I think it comes down to how bad we want it. I mean I knwo I will not eat perfect during the Holidays but I need to make sure my workouts are making up for it. Plus I can't just completely blow it!

The one I hate the most..."are you eating" or "don't lose no more" I really hate when people say don't lose anymore because they are usually already a good size and fit. Like seriously its ok for you to look good but not me? GET OUT OF HERE!!
