1 hour on the elliptical felt GREAT!!!...I'm very interested in seeing what my body can do...I've been the big girl all my life. I wonder if it really can shrink and when it do how will it look!!

Good point...I have realized when I work out hard I GAIN weight...it almost make me not want to work out because I want the numbers to go down!! I won't check the scale until my birthday though (In Oct) so hopefully I can be pleasantly surprised...this going to be hard lol.

My coworker made a simple but GREAT point yesterday...They had cookies in the cafe at work and I was like dang the cookie 190 calories I could just work it off and she was like yea but "is it really worth it?" Bottom line is unhealthy food really isn't worth it. You taste it for a min or two and it just sets you back again.

This is great ladies!! I did 3 miles on the ellipical this morning...plan to do 3 more this afternoon. I want to work super had these next 5 weeks. By Christmas I want to be close to being out of the 200s. We can do this!! You all inspire me :)

Honestly...yesterday I blew it! But today is a new day and I'm ready to get it in :). I feel like I start over every other week and I'm over it. 5 weeks until my birthday and I'm making every day count!!!!!!

The one I hate the most is "Dang are you eating" I always reply..."are you?!" It really makes people made when they have put on a few pounds but seriously don't ask me that. Thanks! Someone also gave me that advice so I think thats how I will log it. I am not sure if I want to keep logging exercise because I do not want to eat my exercise calories. I wish there was a way to log it without it changing my daily calorie goal. Thanks for the info!!!
