I'm back.....For Good

Hello,

My name is Cherrelle and I am back. I basically lost all focus in loosing weight and I am tired of being overweight. I want to be healthy, fit and gain back my confidence. My short term goal is to lose 40 pds by August and long term goal is to lose 100 pds total. I would love for everyone to add me .


Does anyone have any recipes for smoothies that I can make at home with my blender ?Any other advice would be greatly appreciated !

    My absolute favorite smoothie recipe - tastes like dessert. Especially great after a workout - full of protein!

    1 banana (small)
    1-2 TBL almond or peanut butter
    1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
    1-2 cups unsweetened almond milk
