Where are you headed? How hard will you work to see that first number change on the scale? How bad do you want it? Where ever you are on your way to LET'S GET THERE!! Let's push ourselves and push each other. I am starting to want it so bad I can already see it!! 2012 is almost over...what are you going to do?!

I would love to see Onederland. Not sure if I can do it before the end of the year. I weigh 230. But I will see it for sure next year!

My goal is to reach onederland by my birthday in January, got 20lbs and 10 weeks to go. This challenge will be tough considering we're heading into holiday season with vendors sending all kinds of treats and holiday parties.0

I was thinking about that as well...I think it comes down to how bad we want it. I mean I knwo I will not eat perfect during the Holidays but I need to make sure my workouts are making up for it. Plus I can't just completely blow it!0
