Happy Monday! I'm new to the group and about 20lbs into a 155lb weight loss. This weekend, I was definitely off the eating plan and as a result was up 2lbs on the scale this week, from a 5lb loss last week. I'm hoping to drop at least 6lbs this week including the 2lb that I gained, I'm hoping it was mostly water weight.

try calorie cycling (eat high one day, eat low the next) its a good way to shock your body and keep consistent weight loss
