Crossfit Newbie
Hey! I'm just starting crossfit, I finished my on ramps yesterday and will be starting the main classes this week. My question is at 5'9 and 300lb can I expect to drop lbs during my first month of crossfit? Is it possible to drop weight while gaining muscles or is something I'm just gonna have to wait out? Thanks!
