Hi everyone! Who's going to join me on the quest to get out of the 290s??? Starting next week, I will be posting daily/weekly challenges. For now let's start with introductions, I'll start.

Location: CT
CW: 293.5
I started at 315 and am looking to loose over 155lbs and be at my goal weight of 160. I am currently 25lbs down, it has been coming off slowly and I'm looking to amp it up. For the month of March, I am switching my weigh-in day to Saturday.

This week we'll be focusing on water consumption, at minimum it is recommended that you consume at least eight 8oz glasses of water each day.
What's your goal for the week?
My goal this week is to get 72oz per day of water.
