Whay do you do to maintain weightloss during TOM? I've low sodium was a good place to start any other tips?

    Don't give in to cravings! Lol! Actually, I've never thought about it.... If you're up a little during, but then go back down, I wouldn't worry about it. Just keep drinking lots of water.

    Don't worry about temporary weight fluctuations. They will happen and it will disappear.

    Weight gain during TOM is usually just water weight from bloat. Just keep doing what you have been and you will be ok. It'll go back down afterwards.

    Stick to your calorie goals and wait for the jubilation of the pounds lost once you say goodbye to the waterweight. I always get super frustrated the week before because the scale won't budge, but then after it's over, I drop those pounds I should have lost the week before along with the ones for the current week. It's a nice ego boost to drop that much in a few days, even though the week before you want to cry because the scale won't move.
