    ANY diet where you eat fewer calories than your body burns is good for weight loss. Your daily burn is TDEE (total daily energy expenditure). http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/

    You don't need a diet. Instead you could do what most people here do......measure and log foods (your usual foods). That is such a great learning tool. Learning about our current eating habits & changing some of them (forever) will help us keep the weight we lost off.

    Morning friends, still 2 more weeks to go, for this 2 weeks we have to loose 5 pounds, let's see how much we can loose.
    Yesterday was a bad day for me , I couldn't stop myself not to eat junkkkk. That's why today onwards I am going to post about my food and exercise stuff here.
