    I'm in! Just had a baby 2 months ago. So far lost 26lbs.
    My weight now 136
    My goal weight 120 (I know it's more than 10lbs but I want to lose more)

    Am 87kg nw.... Hav to reduce 20kg....
    Can anyone suggest diet for me

    Drink a lot of water.
    Find an alternative to sweets... Fruit, Greek yogurt.
    Get in more veggies
    Stay away from a lot of bread, pasta, and sugar.
    Cut out soda as much as possible.

    I can give tips all day, it's the sticking to it that's difficult.
    I'm so bad at it!!

    No idea about that diet.

    Eat the calories what MFP given to you and do any type of work out for 40 mins. U can see the difference.
    That's the way I lost almost 50 pounds.

    Sometimes I ate ice cream and chocolate also but u must watch portion size that is the major key.

    Weight loss is all about calories. You don't need a "diet." In fact a temporary change change in eating habits isn't going to teach you anything about maintenance. Just eat foods YOU like. But measure & log them. Be accountable. Be consistent.
