    Hi friends this challenge will be done by feb 5th, it started on Jan 5th. Aim of this challenge is loosing 10 pounds by Feb 5th, take this challenge and loose 10 pounds. Let's see who are going to be the winners.

    I wanna do this! FEB 5 is my birthday. I would love to be down 10 more lbs.

    I'm down almost 25 lbs right now.
    Starting weight- 192...
    Current weight- 168
    Goal weight- 150 (I may change this but I wanted to start with a realistic goal to avoid getting discouraged)

    ANY diet where you eat fewer calories than your body burns is good for weight loss. Your daily burn is TDEE (total daily energy expenditure). http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/

    You don't need a diet. Instead you could do what most people here do......measure and log foods (your usual foods). That is such a great learning tool. Learning about our current eating habits & changing some of them (forever) will help us keep the weight we lost off.
