This happend to me Saturday. But I put in my weight and it said 401, when I put it into MFP - 700! Since I knew the intense level I worked the machine, MFP had to be wrong. So I adjusted the time to match more of what the elliptical told me.

I talked to a woman who recently healed from surgery for her loose skin. The one thing she told me she regretted: Not weight training. She told me atleast 15mins a day lift weights...but we were talking about arms.

Personally its the comments in general. I started on a treadmill but noticed that once I hit 1 mile I struggled for 1.5 miles. My goal was always 2 miles no matter how long it took me. Thank you everyone for the responses. It is energy used and more than on a normal day. I guess becuase I wasn't sweating up my normal storm and my heart wasn't pounding it didn't feel like exercise. I appreciate all the replies!! XOXO

Wow! And here I thought it was only me that didn't like my weight loss noticed. What bother's me the most was when I was plateauing and still would get comments of weight loss.
