I got a bodpod scan done to find out my ideal weight. It told me that at 158 lbs I had 27.8% body fat. So, using some visual charts, I decided I wanted to be at 17%. I found biking shorts at JcPenney, I believe, which are the only tight shorts I could find (for a reasonable price) at the mid-quad length.

YES. It was a huge HUGE success for me, because doing her bodyweight work laid a foundation for me to start lifting heavy. I had zero strength and I needed those burpees, lunges, squats, etc, to build some small muscle mass. Do it. It gets easier and you can progress - and that's what it's all about!

I bike to work and usually just throw an outfit in my backpack. Well the shirt I picked out for today is WAY too big, and the capris which have been tight for months are finally fitting "normally," so it's a good friday over here!

Yes, they both use a chest strap - and no, they both just asked for age, height & weight.

Steak! Adding coconut oil, olive oil, macadamia nut oil to basically any/all meals will get you there. You can put coconut oil in your coffee - YUM!
