I would talk to him maybe he is afraid he will lose you? Let him know you are doing this for health reasons not to look good for anybody but him! I kinda had the same thing with mine and he confessed he thought I would get in shape and find someone better and I told him he was the best!

Finishing my 4th week of shred and love it. I was at a platuea before doing this and getting frustrated and ready to quit. I was 12 away from my goal. I have lost 3.2 pounds so far and am very happy with the plan. I am never hungry and have tons of energy.

Try adding some sugar free pudding mix. I use 1/2 cup almond milk, 1 cup water, chocolate whey protein, and 2 tbsp sugar free butterscotch pudding mix. I call it Butterfinger Protein Shake.
