This is so great! Thank you :)

What?! I had no idea there was such a thread! Can you post the link to that? I searched but can't seem to find anything more recent than 2013 :|

Exactly. What about starting today...right now? A 2 week head start sounds like a win to me.

I've thought about getting a Soda Stream...mainly because I really want to make carbonated coffee. Has anyone tried that? Is that a thing? :D

This was our air quality last Monday...hazardous :/ It just kept getting worse and worse during August and has slowly gotten better over the last week. You could smell smoke even when indoors and I know many people experienced sore throats and burning eyes when outside for more than just a few minutes. Overnight we got…

Lessons learned: 1. Always read the nutrition info/label. Always. 2. Don't make assumptions. 3. If it seems too good to be true, it probably is. In which case, refer back to #1. You win some...and you learn some!

If I go on the threadmill, I burn calories. TRUE! If I walk around the park, I burn calories. ALSO TRUE! But you also burn calories just being alive! And if your "just being alive" calories (calories out) are greater than the calories you consume (calories in), then VOILA!, you'll lose weight. Exercise is not required. Can…

Umm....Yes, it's true. Any nutritionist is going tell you that you need to exercise to burn calories. Saying, "losing weight is an effect of burning more calories than you consume" and exercise "isn't required" makes you look like a fool. [/quote] Nutritionist?! Mmkay. I'm sure you'll also think this makes me a "damn…

Umm...no, not true. Losing weight is an effect of burning more calories than you consume. Exercise can help with that, but certainly isn't required.

Yes, I do. He's more of a night owl than me, but on weekdays he goes to bed around 9pm because he goes to the gym at 4:30am. We don't have any children though and he uses that extra hour or so to watch DVR'd shows that I don't watch...like Game of Thrones or Gotham :D

I get that question a lot :) I go to bed between 7:30 and 8pm. I get off work at 3:30pm so it works out. I have a lot of people warn me to be careful and more alert just because of the greater possibility of drunk drivers. And to be honest, I do see a lot of crazy *kitten* at that hour! :D And a lot of wildlife...just the…

I work out in the mornings and it was definitely hard at first, but I wouldn't have it any other way at this point. I'm up at 2:50am, out the door by 3am and at the gym by 3:10am. There are only 3 of us at the gym at that hour (imagine that! ha!) I never have to wait for equipment so I can hammer out my workout in 45-55…

I like these and they come in a few different flavors. Seems like anything you like on bread or in a bun you could turn into a wrap. Tonight for dinner, I'm having a BBQ burger wrap with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, maybe some shredded cheese or a little crumbled bacon if I'm feeling crazy...…

For me, yes. I feel like sugar makes me look puffier and retain water worse than salt does.

To each their own...I've trained fasted for the last 7+ years. Works great for me.

Height: 5'4" SW: 130ish CW: 110 First pic is from December 2012, I weighed around 130. Second and third photos are from summer of 2015 and the third pic is last summer. I weighed 110 in the 3 "after" pics. I've been maintaining since early 2015 (I've been as low as 106 and as high as 113 during that time). Still working on…

I get up at 2:50am and I'm at the gym by 3:10am on weekdays. I don't usually hit the gym on weekends, but if I do, it's around 7am.

When I make BBQ pizza in the summer, I make dough using 1 cup greek yogurt and 1.5 cups self-rising flour. Season it with a little garlic powder or garlic bread seasoning and VOILA! Super easy and tasty! I've only ever cooked it on a BBQ, but I'm sure it'd be fine in the oven too.

Up at 2:50am and at the gym by 3:10 Monday through Friday. I've been doing it long enough now (5 years) that I wake up pretty close to 3am daily...whether I want to or not...like on weekends

I have, except it was one egg and two scoops of protein. Then I just mix in a little vanilla or almond extract and some water to get it to the right consistency. I actually got the recipe from someone here. They are denser and not as fluffy as regular pancakes, but that doesn't bother me. I've actually heard you can add…

I agree...I'd classify the "chips" as barely edible. :s

One of my favorite thoughts...

One alarm. No back-up. No second alarm. No snooze. I get up and I go. If I don't, I risk being late to work because there is no other alarm that's going to go off. Everything is ready to go the night before and I'm out the door in about 10 minutes usually. I go to bed at 8pm because the alarm goes off at 2:50am. Was it…

I make this a lot. It's so easy and so good! We usually make grilled pizzas with it :) I've used it in the oven and it's pretty good, but not nearly as good as BBQ'd I don't think. http://www.downhomeinspiration.com/easily-grill-pizza-totally/

I've never seen a microwave mug recipe for cheesecake, but here are a couple I found on Pinterest that are lower cal and higher protein. http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=141848361&page=1 http://www.rippedrecipes.com/recipe/guiltless-cherry-protein-cheesecake-cups-3357.html
