I'm from the Pacific Northwest...we have no accent what-so-ever. They say that's why there are a lot of call centers in this area...because we generally have no accent and tend to be easier to understand. Whether that's true or not...no clue!

An old trainer of mine said I should take L-Carnitine to help burn belly fat. I did, but I don't know that it ever really did anything. A friend of mine swears by it though.

Today was day 1 for me and I completed it without stopping. I really want to do 30 days straight and it's only 20 minutes so no excuses for me. I used 3lb weights...maybe that's too puny, but I'll wait and see how I feel tomorrow :wink: Off to take "before" measurements!

It's so risky...too risky in my opinion. A dear friend of mine had the surgery and died. :cry: Sorry to seem like an alarmist, but maybe doing it the old fashioned way best....

Holy smokes! I just changed my settings to show sugar and I'm so embarrassed :blushing: I knew I was eating too much...but had no idea it was THAT MUCH too much! Good grief, what was I thinking?? :sad:

I know looking at my diary, pizza looks like an issue, but honestly that's the only time I've had pizza in the last 6-7 months. There were leftovers so I ate it for lunch and whatnot :blushing: Candy! Oh, it's so hard to give up sugar! I'm definitely working on it though :smile:

Okay, lattes are out! I'll try switching to black coffee. My body has definitely changed...just no real weight loss. I haven't measured, but I'll start doing that. I do lift weights because I want muscle definition, not just to be skinny.
